1. At this point, it might interfere with their First Amendment rights
Hopefully, the Supreme Court will give us what we need on that.

4. Then why wouldn't that apply when a person harrasses someone
especially in the case of a person coming out of a relationship? And the other person refuses to leave that person alone?

5. In the relationship, there is a history
When Phelps and his idiots show up to a soldier's funeral, there is no past pattern of behavior with THAT soldier's family to grant a restraining order.

Like I said, the Supreme Court's going to deal with this one.
