Election Day is over for millions of early voters!
Election Day is already over for more than 3 million Americans, and a surprising number of them are Democrats.

"If people thought the Democrats were just going to roll over and play dead in this election, that's not what we're seeing," said Michael McDonald, a George Mason University professor who tracks early voting nationally. "They've got to be feeling a little bit better with the numbers that they're seeing."

1. I'm sorry but I don't remember -- do they begin tallying the votes as they
arrive (by mail) or do they have to wait?

2. Are early votes counted on election day or are they counted afterward
like absentee ballots? Or are they the same thing?

4. Some States count them instantly, I think!

In this Oct. 16, 2010, photo, Ed Stolarczyk looks over the ballot at an early voting polling station at a grocery store in Las Vegas. Election Day already is over for more than 3 million Americans, and a surprising number of them are Democrats. Perhaps 30 percent or more of all votes are likely to be cast early.

3. OK, I have to ask...
Putting on my devil's advocate hat.

What if those voters are Reagan Republicans?

Removing my devil's advocate hat.

Look, your messing up with the media's narrative that Democrats are lambs led to the slaughter by maned up Republicans.

7. Sorry,don't care for early voting.
Too many things can happen (Death, accident, illness, etc.) Then the vote is lost. JMO

9. I'd avoid it also unless I was going to be out of town.
In many elections is seems like counting the absentee ballots is an afterthought.
