McConnell reveals the GOP top priority
Mitch McConnell made it crystal clear:

"The single most important thing we want to achieve is for President Obama to be a one-term president."

1. For the good of the nation, of course...
I mean, really, that has to be their only reason, right? Right?

3. Wow. So nothing about the people they represent just making sure
that Obama is a one term President is what they want to waste time and resources on. Not surprised but still disgusting to see.

5. Finally owning up to it , eh Mitch?
The unspoken goal behind every single obstructionist, bullshit move your party has made. Never mind about government for the people. Never mind about facing serious problems and solutions. The people don't really matter.

Just be an asshole and do nothing for those of your constituents who are suffering NOW.
It's THE Republican thing to do.

7. Will the President now open his ears and behave accordingly?
Will he now stop extending the Olive Branch to Republicans who make it clear their intent to destroy his presidency?

Will the president listen?

Will WE listen and get out and vote?

Basically if you come out and vote GOP you will not have a black President next term?

The next year+ will be hell for POTUS, with not one positive thing accomplished!

Dems must quote this, EARLY and OFTEN:

"The single most important thing we want to achieve is for President Obama to be a one-term president."

-- Senate minority leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), in an interview with the National Journal, describing his goal in retaking the Senate.

15. And I can just see his aside out of the corner of that smarmy mouth of his...
"One way or another."

I am so thoroughly disgusted with the whole bunch that I'm finding it difficult to even be friendly to my friends. Not because of anything they say, but because they insist on staying and agreeing with that strange party. I'm seeing them for what they truly are and it makes me sick to my stomach.

This country is going to hell in a hand basket.

16. Vote GOP in 2010!!!
Screw the economy, terrorism, health care, SS or any of the other pressing issues that the US faces. We just want to get OBAMA!!!!!

Michele Bachmann, one of the teabaggers' "elite":

"I think that all we should do is issue subpoenas and have one hearing after another. And expose all the nonsense that is gone on. And it's very important when we come back that we have constitutional conservative leadership because the American people's patience is about this big. So we have to make sure that we do what the people want us to do."

17. They said this right after the 2008 election.
We all knew they meant it, but evidently the WH didn't get the memo.

Hopefully now President Obama will stop trying to play pattiecakes with these assholes.

This statement was so bad it even pissed of Joe Scarbrough!

19. They have said they have a series of impeachments all ready to go.
Each and every one a completely bogus charge that will eat up all the legislature's time and prevent them from getting any real work done.
