Survey USA: Democrats Stay in Front in California
A new SurveyUSA poll in California shows Sen. Barbara Boxer (D) with a five point lead over challenger Carly Fiorina (R) in the U.S. Senate race, 45% to 40%.

The San Francisco Chronicle notes Fiorina entered a Los Angeles hospital yesterday with an infection related to her reconstructive surgery following breast cancer last year. She's expected to be back on the campaign trail soon.

In the race for governor, Jerry Brown (D) still leads Meg Whitman (R) by an eight point margin, 46% to 38%.

California has solidfied, Connecticut, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington, Ohio Governor, and dems are improving their standing and have at least even odds of winning senate races in IL, PA, NV, CO and the governor's race in FL.

5. Not to mention Massachusetts, New York, and hopefully Oregon and Pennsylvania.
...after they went after Deval Patrick and David Paterson, I thought those two states would be in trouble for us.

Kitzhaber is doing better in Oregon, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

And in Pennsylvania, I'm praying that with the sucess of Sestak, people will take up and support Oronato.

3. too bad IL is not doing well. Obama is coming Sat. Maybe that will help.
I bet the Whitman fiasco will indirectly help Boxer. Maybe more republicans will stay home with that train wreck out there.
