I Was Just Looking At The Latest Batch Of Polls

1. There is to much interest in polling it's crunch time now meaning

it's all about GOTV between here on end

2. Thanks for being so uplifting. Since this is DU, we all by now have probably seen

the Marist polls you are referring to; they are not great -- but not that different from many other polls which may be accurate but most likely are not, since the likely voters screen is so tight. I do not believe that Murray, for example, is only up by 1 point. Much more reliable polls in the past two days have her by more than 5 points up. If they are wrong about her, they are probably wrong about everyone else. But my main point is -- why post this? It's not at all informative. If you have an anxiety attack, maybe you can find a better way to cope with it next time than start a vague, fear-inducing thread?

3. The polls are meaningless,

years ago they might have been useful for something, but now the republikkkans just use them to depress the vote!

Anybody that votes or doesn't vote based on polls is a fool, imho.

If that was the case I could have skipped several elections.

these great people at the rally and seeing how people can come together in peace and happiness gives me hope!

9. What are the latest batch of polls?

I am a poll junkie, is there anything new out? I was expecting to see some PPP polls today but nothing yet that I've seen.

Edited to add a bit of good news. Saw Charlie Cook on MSNBC an hour or so ago and he said he will probably pull back on GOP gains in the Senate. He has 7-9 gains for them now and will probably pull back to at least 6-8. He pointed out that Republicans are struggling in many of these statewide races - both Senate seats and Governor mansions.
