19. yes. In fact, it would help our economy
tremendously. The Rich are not spending much. Their savings and income are growing quite quickly. The poor and middle class are barely hanging on. The economy needs an infusion, and allowing this temporary rate decrease to expire would right our budget far better than anything else.
