7. I'm glad you posted it here. The more visibility the better and it is a rescue President Obama did
on his own, against popular opinion and it has been a big success. The more promotion it gets the better. :)

5. there are some quite good wines made in Michigan
so . . . . they add an "H" to the process, that's ok with me.

Nice ad, great result, and 100,000 workers are happier and have safer jobs as a result.

3. Well I'll be. Short and not overproduced. Probably did not cost a lot (of our money).
But a nice gesture all the same - a simple thank you.

Taking bets on when Wall St. will come up with their version. I say in,,, well,, I say they don't.

12. I loved it. I can't think of a time when a corporatation actually
thanked Americans for saving their ass.

This was heartfelt and genuine -- marketing genius.

I really feel like they meant it -- and I am a former ad person.

15. I don't remember Lee Iacocca and Chrysler thanking us in the 70s.
Yes it's a nice ad.

DH and I were watching the Macy's parade this morning and looked at each other with a wtf? look. He said "I have no idea what product this is advertising."

I liked the fact that they put "since 1908" under the logo, to emphasize how long they've been around.

I recognized the music but can't think of the name of it.

Also why I am not that hard on President Obama, nor why I believe the posts here or what is on the news.

However within personal observation, I also know there is something wrong with the Internet also.

So shrug, something to do, but I agree that many people want him to fail, a reason not to if you look at those that want him to fail. However what is winning anyways.

Then again, just guessing at what he believes, but he seems to have some good points in his comments, although he has been missing on a few issues in my view also.
