I was over at TPM reading an article on Wisconsin and to the right is the TPM Poll Tracker. On the Poll Tracker was Obama's job approval rating done by Rassmussen.
April 03 Job Approval (US) Approve 48 Disapprove 51
Under that
April 03 Job Approval (US) Approve 46 Disapprove 45

They took two separate polls on the same day?
They did so because?

I realize this isn't earth shattering. I just find it odd

They didn't like that his numbers were positive so they ran another poll and got a 51 disapproval

On a bright note: Those numbers for Obama from Rassmussen are a good sign
