4.  9:40 ET is when the 'after dinner' festivities begin.
I think they said the part with the speeches/jokes by Seth Myers and Obama will start at 10:15 pm ET.

7. Fucking hilarious! Obama and Seth Meyers killed!
Both went after Trump hard. It was absolutely fucking hilarious and Trump was not at all pleased. He sat stone faced the entire time!
