Maybe it's just me, but I find the LBN forum intimidating.

Like today -- I just posted this in LBN: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=389x9416894 The news was only 4 hours old at the time of posting. Still, it was moved into General Discussion. I don't get it. I understand moving it if it has already been posted or if it is old news. But the moderation in that forum often seems willy-nilly.

1. I think that thread probably could have stayed.
Looking at the discussion in the mod forum that preceded the move, I think the mods felt that the overall tone of the piece was more blog-like than a straight news article. But the fact that Andrew Breitbart is going to be an analyst for ABC is news. It probably could have stayed.

I understand that it might feel intimidating to post in there sometimes. I'm sorry for that. I hope that you will not be discouraged from posting in there.
