Meaning : After donation is done ... and all information is filled out such as real name and address, is this information forwarded to you guys ?

I am very concerned about my identity, given the fact I don't know how to keep my mouth shut online.

I just donated and was wondering if such identifying information can be expunged from your system. If it is not retained to begin with then that is a relief.
