Logged out
I noticed someone else asked about being logged off after each session and the answer was to clean their cookies. Well, I have cleaned mine and still don't stay logged in. I must log in for each session - even when it is on the same day. Any suggestions????

1. That is very frustrating.
Deleting all the cookies usually does the trick. I'll ask Elad if he has any other ideas. And if anyone else has any suggestions, feel free to start a thread in the ATA forum to let us know.

2. I received this tip from one of our members.
This happened to me recently. It ended up being from an update in my anti-virus program. I had to tell it to allow DU & other sites to keep me logged in. No problems since then.


Give that a try and see if that works.

3. You probably have a setting in your browser's privacy settings
that is preventing our server from setting permanent cookies. This could also be a setting in any other privacy/security software on your computer, such as anti-virus or firewall software.
