If Newt Gingrich could go after BC for sexual indisgression why can't we sue or go after

If Newt Gingrich could go after BC for sexual indisgression why can't we sue or go after
the Bush mob for getting thousands of young people killed, maimed or screwed up for life mentally? I mean they did a major crime and did no time. If nothing else they should be written out of the history books, nary a mention. Treason should have a price and the price should not depend on your family connections or your ties to industry.

2. While I agree with the idea, they technically did not go after him for cheating
on Hillary. Sure, that came up while he was running for president... they went after Clinton for saying under oath that he did not have sex with Lewinsky.
