I just set the date and time on my computer.
It was set to the day I bought it 10 years ago. It has been crashing repeatedly for years. Hope this helps.

5. We had a power outage the other day and when I went down to my office I had a black screen
with some info on it. I rebooted the computer. When I went to visit my normal sites I started to get a security warning..then I realized my computer time traveled back to 2002! All is right with the world now!
