How many times can that Heidi (Cenk's show
and I am not sure who she is) call Bill Press and all Dems liars in one tv appearance?

4. they were talking RyanCare
medicare.

She would talk really fast and throw in comments like "if you want to believe your lies.....

I don't see how that adds anything to the discussion. I do think it is the host's responsibility to set the rules.

She came off as just another right wing corp puppet, and in a very bad, bad way.

9. And Bill Press is FOR the Ryan plan?
I haven't been able to hear Bill Press since he was cut from XM radio.

But did he express ANY approval for Ryan?

10. no, absolutely not.
Press was trying to point out the flaws of RyanCare, to which the Heidi-thing kept calling his responses lies.

I apologize for not being clearer in my original post. My excuse is that I have been working lots of hours, and am a bit tired.

11. It seemed very out-of-character for Press to support Ryan
He's down-to-earth and VERY vocal about Republican overkill. Plus, he a genuine member of the WH press corps.

He KNOWS of which he speaks.

5. This is like the 9th complaint about msnBS programming that I've seen on here today
That's what they do.
They tell you how bad the other side is whilst simultaneously programming RW talking points into your brain.

6. I think you might be right.
It took a while for me to stop going to huff po, and I may have to just wean myself off MSNBC. Current can't come fast enough.

Do you have Free Speech tv? World Link Tv?
RT America?

If you like progressive opinion, on these networks you can find real lefties not just lefty for pay. They're not reading from the scripts handed to them by their corporate overlords.
Thom Hartmann and DAvid Pakman are two of my favorites. On the first two that I mentioned, you get Al Jazeera news updates throughout the day. World link has even more like Deutche Welle English (Germany), NHK English (Japan) to name a few. You're learn more about what's going on in the world in 10 minutes on these networks than in an entire month of cnn or msnBS or fox. CCTV (china) and France 24 are also good channels for news. These are all virtually commercial free. Check with your provider for these channels.

8. I stream...
no cable, or tv here. I have broken that chain at least. :) Now that I am away from it, I do see that it is "heroin for the masses". :)

I will look for your suggestions, I can usually find just about anything on stream these days.

Thank you.

12. RT and France 24 have very high quality streams right from their web sites.
rt.com for the main RT channel (mostly news and documentaries)
rt.com/rtamerica for the US based channel with the opinion

The radio show guys, hartmann and pakman also stream daily.

CCTV and NHK both stream too.
