9. Vaguely similar to the disarray in the Kerry campaign in 2004
I remember thinking that Jawn and his tone-deaf campaign were toast (his campaign manager resigned as I recall), but then the Librul Meedya created the Dean Scream (predecessor of the Weiner Wiener) and Kerry was miraculously back in the race.
