Mr. President, Call their damn bluff......
Not extending the debt ceiling will hurt the rich GOP supporters WAY more than it will hurt the middle class.

I guarantee that the GOP DOES NOT want a financial crisis that will take billions from their billionaires!

They are planning on Obama to cave and if he does not they WILL extend the debt ceiling.

2. I read or heard somewhere earlier this week that if the debt ceiling isn't raised
then the president gets to pick and choose which debts do get paid.

4. They are cornered!
I did post yesterday that this is like a chess game. I'm not saying this to equate games to politics, just that I believe the President is making the move that is obvious, at least to me. If the republicans want to push this plutocracy down our necks, let them overextend themselves.

The republican masters will not this fly. The extreme wealthy will see what matters most...there is a price to this approach...that is most important!

5. Another thing he could do is just lay it on line and
say if the debt ceiling isn't raised it will force cuts in SS, Medicare, Medicaid and unemployment.
Just go ahead and let them have their way and make sure they get the credit, every stinking Republican will be voted out of office in 2012. But in the end I expect Obama to cave-in instead.

6. The fact is America doesn't want the GOP's bullshit
We're tired of the GOP, we didn't elect the GOP, and our country doesn't benefit one iota from the GOP -- in fact we SUFFER MORE because of the GOP.

Stick a fork in 'em and let the bastards deal with it.
