I just figured out that I'm a single-issue voter.
The only thing that really matters to me is the quality of life on earth.

8. I agree with Jose
I know whose side I'm on. That's why I'm a Marxist.

This literally made me laugh out loud. A laugh that reflected a kind of revelation. A bottom line for our existence.

I call it transcending the human condition.

Bravo! I love you!

Let me add something. Last night I was thinking about this subject. And it may very well be that earth is disposable. It may be that it is here for us to accomplish this goal. The destruction of earth has been an extremely difficult thing for me to witness over the last many decades. But this goal you mention may be more important than the earth itself. It only takes a moment of thought to see that this seems horribly wrong. But it almost seems inevitable. Now if we can do both things, then this blue marble in space will be a gem fulfilled.

7. Yep me too. My single issue is economic democracy
Always has been. Without economic democracy, we'll never get any sort of quality of life on earth for the rest of us.
