Madison Wisconsin -- Governor Scott Walker campaigned on a promise to create 250,000 jobs. It now appears he is on track to achieving negative job growth. According to July's jobs numbers released Thursday the state has lost an estimated 12,500 private sector positions. That number is probably better than the actual number we will see next month and if this is any sign of what is to come, we may be in for a very long winter. Wisconsin's seasonally adjusted unemployment numbers continued to rise to 7.8% in July from 7.6% in June and 7.4% in May.
