Gotta love BP!
"TEXAS CITY — The Texas City Dike and Port of Texas City were closed for more than 13 hours Friday and Saturday after an oil spill at one of the port’s docks sent a sheen of heavy fuel oil into Galveston Bay. City emergency management officials and the U.S. Coast Guard confirmed the spill happened while crews were loading a barge at a dock controlled by BP. Officials said BP is not responsible for the spill. Instead, the barge company, Buffalo Marine Service, was named the responsible party."
