Yeah! Union Iron-workers!

They are building an addition to Children's Hospital in Seattle. Before the Iron-workers place the iron beams on the building, they spray paint "Hi - and the first name of one of the patients who can see from their room. These kids are there for weeks and sometimes months. It has given them a thrill to see their names on the beams and they know that even though they will be covered with fireproofing, their names will be there forever.
They also place a mannequin dressed as Waldo in a different place in the building so the kids can find him every day.

8. Well, most of them probably have kids themselves.
This is so sweet. How they could believe there were ulterior motives to something like that. Those people have no soul if they think everyone who is union is the sum total of their job. Asshats.
