Rick Perry comes out against democracy in the middle east.
on Hannity just now:

Talking about Iranian protests

Perry: ....we should have been using every tool up to and including military if that was required. . . We should have really been helping them overthrow this regime. Think about, had we overthrown, if we'd been a part of overthrowing Iran, working with the Iranian people, that regime, all of these other dominoes that are falling probably would not have fallen.

2. Perry is obscure and confused as usual.
I had to read that quote four times before I could get an idea of what he was talking about.

3. I'm scared that they're trying to scare up a war on Iran
Edited on Wed Nov-02-11 08:45 PM by MedleyMisty
That looks like the beginning of propaganda for it. Get the idea of military action against Iran into people's heads.

Which it would be incredibly stupid. For so many reasons. Not least of which, if on top of all the cuts they start another war...

Look at Oakland right now. Imagine that all over the country. All over the West, if they decide to try to drag other countries along with them. We're pretty pissed off now. Start another war for profit, and the shit will hit the fan.

5. Perry is about as articulate
as an average 7th grader. I shudder to think that he's the "best" our friends on the right can offer.
