The fault still lies with Obama and the Dems...

Today at our federal grand jury hearing, we heard the case of an illegal Jamaican who was selling drugs. It was all pretty standard until someone asked about how come it took so long to find out that the guy was here in the country illegally. It turns out that he had given a fake name. He had at a dozen other aliases. He had been caught in the country before doing the same thing. He was fingerprinted and served time. I'm not sure if he was deported or not after his sentence.

The thing is, the fingerprints were with ICE. When he was picked up and fingerprinted...there was nothing to indicate he had been caught before. The reason being is that he was using an alias and that the Department of Homeland Security was not hooked in with state law enforcement. They had no way of knowing he was a convicted felon because nothing is in place for DHS and the agencies to compare fingerprints.

A lot of us were outraged by this. In the post 9/11 world, agencies were supposed to talk to each other so that they could catch terrorists and all that.

I'm in TN, so it was no surprise that a few of the members were outright blaming Obama for something that was supposed to have been fixed when bush was in office. One woman blamed it on the filling up of democratic voter rolls with dead people.

So, yes, everything is the fault of the Dems and Obama even though it was a repub in office. :eyes:
