According to Verizon, their data lines are down in the state of Delaware

It was OK until about 6:00 tonight. Their customer svc said they didn't
know why, but the whole state was out and should be returned to service
within the next 48 hrs.

Is anybody else experiencing this?

1. I find it hard to believe that "data lines" stop working at the state borders.

Try setting a new dns server. It may be a dns server crash like the one that Comcast had a while back.

2. We have 4 configured and none worked

One of the was even the UD. Guess I'll be using my ATT phone
