The last image of congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords taken before she was shot in the head shows her listening intently to two of her constituents.

Seconds after the picture was taken a man approached the group and shot Miss Giffords and 18 others at the event in Tucson, Arizona.

Miss Giffords, wearing a bright red coat and red necklace, has her hands clasped in front of her as she speaks to Jim and Doris Tucker.

Six people were killed in the shooting on January 8, including a federal judge and a nine-year-old girl. Thirteen more were injured.

2. Thinking of her makes me want to cry for her & my Country, but it also

makes me want to shout to the heavens in joy for the brave souls that helped take down the shooter, the rescue teams, the docs/nurses, etc.
It also makes me want to take the RW idiots & shake them till their teeth rattle for the hypocrisy & hysteria they foment over the gun rights (just one area among other idiocies).

Is Sarah Palin targeting someone new? Is Bill O'Reilly offering another doctor up for execution? What liberal will be Glen Beckerhead's next sacrificial lamb? What church will be gunned down in the name of conservatism?
