2. The new plan is just going to dumb down the population by killing education
No education, people will not be able to learn about the rest of the world, history or even to read or write. Only those necessary to sustain the needs of the wealthy class will be allowed to learn how to read and write.

A dumb populace will be too ignorant to revolt.
