Breach of contract arising out of the defendant's failure to abide by her contractual agreement to develop a syndicated television series that the defendant would host and for which the plaintiff would serve as executive producer. The defendant breached that agreement when she agreed to host "Swift Justice with Nancy Grace" without the plaintiff acting as executive producer of the series. Plaintiff seeks $15 million in damages.
