Is there a sort of "2nd amendment logic" to unions?
If you are willing to concede that every man has a right to lethal force to protect himself, despite any other potential harms caused by that right, then shouldn't he be allowed to protect his time and labor?

Or are you saying that belongs to his employer?

This new union move in Wisconsin opens up a whole new rhetorical angle.

1. I see it more as a 1st amendment issue
for "the right of the people peaceably to assemble."

3. I still don't see how unions go against right wing free market beliefs to begin with.
It's a free country,workers are free to fight for their wages.
