Allows those who become murderously "offended" to decide what is and isn't acceptable speech. F--k that.

10. It's interesting because there is a chain of events: Jones, THEN the fanatic mullahs whipping up the
crowd, and then the crowd pouring into the street.

Jones has his share of the guilt for his moral crime (of course his despicable move was legal, I'm differentiating between the two) but the mob came out roaring from the mosques. The religious leadership of Kabul played the larger role if you ask me.

is protected under the 1st amendment. period.

... And as such should not be outlawed no matter who it offends. If these nuts in Afghanistan threatened to kill if anyone publicly questioned the truthfulness of Islam in public, do you think we should just go along with their wishes?

8. Works pretty well thus far.
I'm concerned that some seem to want to widen the scope of it in a way that would stifle political and social commentary.
