Has Lindsey Graham followed the Fonz in shark jumping?
He was just on the CBS show with Bob Sheaffer. He called for creating a State Department army of private security guards.

Sure, Lindsey, what the fuck ever . . . . you war mongering moron.

2. Graham has jumped a whole school of sharks and
several years ago too. Then he sunk to the bottom of the see and is now slithering among the whale poo.

15. He will likely get primaried next time he runs.
If he survives that, I'm not so sure he'll survive the general election. The wingnuts here are mad as hell at him for being "too liberal, if you can believe that. They probably love this kind of shit, but it's the few occasions where he actually says something rational that sets them off.

10. I never understood why that phrase was used
That episode was a hit and the series continued for several years. Maybe winning the lottery is a better phrase.

11. That's the point
Edited on Sun Apr-03-11 11:19 AM by DefenseLawyer
It continued on, but is wasn't nearly as good at the end as it was at the beginning. Jumping the shark isn't the end. It's a point of decline, where something that was cool starts to become played. That's why it's impossible for Lindsey Graham to ever jump the shark. You have to have been cool at some point first. Lindsay Graham was never cool.
