About this sexual harrassment suit against Yale,

What is most disgusting beyond the obvious harassment itself is that this is one of those universities which has tasked itself as the trainers of the leaders/elite of our nation. How many policy makers do we find who are educated at either Yale or Harvard? If these people are not expected to respect one half of our population, how can we expect better? Garbage in, garbage out.

When members of the Yale University fraternity Delta Kappa Epsilon chanted, “No means yes! Yes means anal!” on campus in October 2010, little did they know that they would trigger a lawsuit against their school.

But that’s what happened when some student felt that the university failed to properly reprimand Delta Kappa Epsilon for its moronic chant. On March 15, these upset students filed a Title IX complaint against Yale for “failure to address incidents of sexual harassment and sexual assault has created a ‘hostile environment.’”

4. Yes, after the DKE incident I asked an acquaintance who works at Yale

"What about this?" She works as a counselor in one of Yale's residential colleges. She was a bit embarrassed and didn't quite know what to say.

Yale needs to get off it's collective ass and be more proactive. All their handwringing and dithering does not serve them well at all...
