Was there just an earthquake in NYC?
My seat and keyboard were just vibrating, and I don't normally feel subway trains here.

3. You can't trust those paid USG$ shills any farther than you can throw them.

They're only in it for the $weet, $weet money.

7. Well, they'd have to be in collusion with
EMSC and GeoNet

I have them both on my iPhone app along with the USGS

10. Didn't feel it. I'm having a much weirder hallucination.
I'm hearing planes overhead in Manhattan. What, other than planes overhead in Manhattan which should still be very forbidden, would cause that sound?

13. In 2002 I flew from Kansas City
to Laguardia, and we flew directly over Manhattan. Seemed a bit odd, but it was a GREAT view, and reminded me of how much I love NYC, even though I rarely get there.

14. Actually, something else weird did happen.
I saw two military helicopters followed by a chinook helicopter around 1:15 today flying NE over the Upper East Side/Bronx area. I thought that was strange. I don't think I've seen that before in NY.

I have seen planes fly over Times Square a bunch of times since 9/11. In fact, it happened on the first night back to work after 9/11. Everyone was looking up including the cops because we were told that planes weren't allow over the city.

12. Breaking the sound barrier?
It feels like a fast earthquake when pilots break the sound barrier overhead of you. Any military bases close by that could be testing their aircraft?
