Are we still allowed to ask questions in the Ask the Administrator forum?

Are we still allowed to ask questions in the Ask the Administrator forum?
At the moment there are about a dozen unanswered questions there from different DUers (myself included), questions posted since the 31st.

Did I miss an announcement that we aren't using that forum any more? Should we just write directly to the admins instead?

I don't want to pester the admins when they're busy. I'd just like to know which is the best way to ask these sorts of questions now (especially if I did miss an announcement about that forum).

It's typical to see a bunch of unanswered questions, esp. after a weekend.

6. Absolutely, use ATA...
There's a huge overhaul of DU in the works (DU v.3) which is soaking up the admins time at the moment, so it takes a while for them to get back to you: It seems they're letting it build up for a while then doing a question-answering session.

They will get around to you eventually, though. :)
