Record turnout in Wisconsin court race
The Dane County clerk tells 27 News that they had a 16 percent voter turnout by 11 a.m. The clerk says they're already on track for record turnout. Some polling places needed to have more ballots ordered.

"We normally get busy before and after work hours but in this one, it's been pretty steady all day long," said Jeff Horvath, an election officer at the Blessed Sacrament Church polling place.

Nearly 500 voters had already turned in their ballots by about 9:30 a.m.

"We're expecting the equivalent of a regular presidential election," Horvath said in regards to the Madison polling place. "Seventy-five to eighty percent is what we are guessing."

2. For sure. Milwaukee and Madison (Dane County) are the 2 to watch.

3. What about the Green Bay area? Are there other key urban areas?

6. I agree, this will be won or lost in these areas. From what I've heard and read
over the past few weeks, it should be a progressive victory as long as the turnout is good.

4. I was #316 today at my polling place
it was about noon. Wards 271 and 272 in NW Milwaukee. That seemed a bit heavier than usual for this sort of election.
