1. We should not lose track of the fact that given where this race was
even 3 mos ago, the recount is a loss for him and win for her. Plus she will probably be ahead slightly when all votes are in...

2. I agree.

Plus, aren't motivated or angry voters most likely to use absentee ballots? Remember this is an off year special election. For the general public you REALLY HAVE TO BE IN TO IT to care enough to go absentee for a judges race!I think that favors us too.

"Under Wisconsin election law, a candidate has three days after the official results have been tallied to request a recount. The candidate must specify a reason for the request, such as a belief a mistake was made in the counting or some other irregularity.
