Handcuffing the EPA's ability to protect public health would needlessly put millions of Americans at risk, all in the name of scoring political points and pleasing corporate polluters who contribute to campaign coffers.
EPA pollution protections have helped 160,000 Americans avoid premature death, prevented 130,000 heart attacks and 1.7 million asthma attacks - and that's just in 2010.
Enough is enough. Tell Congress to reject any attempts to block, delay or weaken the EPA's efforts to protect public health from life-threatening air pollution.
