Do you think more people will believe the birther stuff
Now that Trump keeps insisting that something is wrong? It really bothers me that he keeps trying to associate Obama with the words con and scam.

3. I don't think Trump believes it.
He's pandering to the teabaggers because he wants their vote.

11. ^ pandering to the teabaggers, yes.
But he isn't going to run. I'd bank on that bet. This is a 'look at me' gig. His t.v. ratings are going up. That's the end game.

5. Didn't I read somewhere that Trump had sent investigators to Hawaii? If they
do their job, this just might put an end to it once and for all. For some, anyway.

And people start believing it

"The moon landing was a hoax," "Sarah Palin is the second coming of Esther," "America is Broke"

are all good examples

hopefully, be the catalyst that guides the repug party into a 40 year minority. I saw him insist to Meredith V. that "Obama's grandmother says she witnessed his live birth in Kenya". I assume he is speaking of the grandmother who is no longer living and can't dispute what this dumbass says. Trump is jockeying for position and is gaining ground. I just wonder where the birther crap will take him.

12. I figured Trump was smarter than that.
I don't know the guy very well, but I guess he's proof you don't have to be that smart to become a rich b_stard. You only have to be sufficiently greedy. I suppose the words "con" and "scam" must be from some right wing talking points.

of being a scammer and a con-artist. (Which he is, don't you think?)

(I don't think he believes a word he is saying. If I was Ivanka, Eric or Donald Jr I would be mortified by dads BS)

14. No.
I think that, as the media again focuses some attention on this, two things will happen: {1} less people will question, much less believe, the after-birthers' crap; and {2} more people will find Trump offensive and pathetic.

They might as well change their party slogan to "We have absolutely zero constructive ideas about how to actually run the country. Oh, and Jesus rode a dinosaur."

"WARZ TEH BARF CARTIFIRCRAT" questions, however, are the definition of bullshit diversion. Am I concerned that Donald Trump is talking about this? No, actually, I think the best possible thing would be for the GOP to try to run on this "issue". We'd probably get enough of a landslide to win back the house on the coattails.

22. Well, I like your thinking. Although considering the spokesman
for the birthers up until now has been Orly Taitz,I'd say The Donald jumping on the bandwagon is a pretty big step up. In terms of popular culture recognition,Trump isn't exactly a nobody.

however, I have no doubt that should Obama become less willing to deliver benefits

to elites/wealthy that they could USE the issue to move him out --

power in America now is in the hands of fascists --

The people who believe that stuff in the first place are kind of crazy. Trump is a very strange person and does the right no favors touting his weirdo bullshit.

Of course I thought the same thing about Palin, so who knows?

32. Trump is full of shit up to his eyeballs. I read somewhere this morning that 4 out of 5
people hate him. He is just a distraction. He has an ego as big if not bigger than Palin. He has no chance. He doesn't believe the birther crap and show no action. He isn't disciplined enough to be president. The religious right won't vote for a serial cheater who leaves wives and remarries. It ain't going happen.
