Is The Government Shutdown Ball Squarely In Boner's & The Repugs Court Now?......
Is it now up to Boner & the Repugs to take the deal that's on the table or if not the government shuts down? In my mind that's the way it should be now. The Dems should say take it or leave it and if you leave it - it's your fault that the government shuts down. The Dems shouldn't back down now or make any additional concessions. Talking is over - it's your call Boner.

My next question is - when the government shuts down - how does it come back up again. Do the parties then assess how much each will shoulder the blame and then make a call as to whether they give in or not.

I don't want to see the government shut down and then to get it back up that the Dems have to make more concessions. This should be all on the backs of the Repugs now.

1. Yes because whether you like it or not
the democrats where trying to compromise, but every time the Dem's agreed, the republicans dropped the bar, and now the democrats are calling their bluff, and saying enough.

2. The shut down is what they wanted. They have to compromise and have tax increases on the rich to fix
it. No more welfare for Koch bros.

3. Should but won't
Because it is all in how it is framed....and it will be framed by the media and pundits as a failure of the Dems to cut spending...I predict.
