Jon Stewart on Glenn Beck: 'They dropped his ass'
I am so FU**ING happy Beck is going, going, gone! He is a cancer to society.

Great article with the British perspective in the Guardian UK:

1. The thing is, they're just going to replace him with someone just as bad.
Doesn't anyone else see that?

What are they going to do, put Thom Hartmann on during that hour? I don't think so.

3. Nah... he did what they needed him to do...
He brought the crazy and that made the rest of the channel look sane by comparison. He push the conversation so far to the right that O'Reilly and Hannity look sane in comparison.

If they want another "Beck" there is only one guy in the nation more off his nut and that is Alex Jones.

4. No. Nobody like Thom, but I'm finding it hard to think of anyone worse than Beck,
except for Limpballs, and he makes too much money to take Beck's job. Even Hannity isn't as influential as Beck was. I'm just glad to see him gone!

5. With any luck, Allen West might be looking for a job pretty soon...
And Michael Savage is always a hairbreadth away from exploring new possibilities. Or team them up together: The Savage Wiener Show featuring Allen West! They could have a "house band" featuring Ted Nugent to really class it up.

I say, if you're going to pollute the airwaves, REALLY pollute the airwaves!
