A man is dead after he fell into a machine while working at a Toronto pasta factory on Monday.

The man, 26, was the future son-in-law of the owner of Pasta Quistini, CBC News has learned.

2. Reminds me of the poor guy at Lenscrafters who fell into the lens grinding machine
He made a spectacle of himself.

Okay, sincerely, sorry for that, but it's rare one gets the opportunity to use that old classic.
My condolences to the families.

5. What about the manager at Vlasic who got fired for putting his member in the pickle slicer?
Well, she was fired, too.

3. I can't say I can't imagine what happened.
The problem is that I can imagine such a horrible thing and I don't want to. I feel sorry for everyone involved :(

4. There will be so many jokes at this poor mans expense
Horrifying way to go.

Reminds me of when I worked in a large meat processing plant. Some of the equipment there would kill in an instant. There were some pretty horrible accidents there.

7. Sounds similar to my great grandfather's death ...
Edited on Tue Apr-12-11 07:45 AM by MacNfries
My great grandfather drowned in a big vat while making whiskey, back in 1938. Witnesses said they pulled him out twice, but he kept getting right back in. LOL!
