Scott Walker: Unions want to pull a 'Franken' in recount

Funny, Walker has to go to Newsmax to get his story out because he is afraid to have to answer real questions
from real reporters. He went to Florida to do the interview too. What Walker couldn't talk to a reporter from a
Wisconsin paper?

Scott Walker: Unions want to pull a 'Franken' in recount
By Brian Lambert | Monday, April 11, 2011
Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker gave an interview to NewsMax. The resulting story, by David A. Patten, says: “On Friday, Gov. Walker visited Newsmax
and its CEO, Christopher Ruddy, at the company's West Palm Beach, Fla., headquarters. In his exclusive interview with Newsmax.TV — part of a
national tour to drum up national support for his dramatic fight against public unions who are seeking recall elections of Walker allies in the
Wisconsin legislature — the Republican governor says there is no way any legitimate recount would result in a victory for Prosser's liberal opponent.
But that doesn't remove the threat. Under Wisconsin law organized labor can get a recount if they're working to pay for it. Walker says unions hope
to replicate in Wisconsin ‘what was pulled off with Senator Franken in Minnesota.’ He promises, though, that Republicans will be on guard against
any post-election ballot shenanigans.”

1. Hey Walker, suck a nut.
How about the election ballot shenanigans going on in Redville in the Milwuakee 'burbs.

Douchebag. I'm embarrassed to have him as my Gov.

5. the one thing you got going for you in WI is that he is an ...
... idiot but here in Ohio K-sick is doing the same things as Walker but not
putting his foot in his mouth 24/7. Besides in Ohio we can't recall K-sick
like you can do for Walker in Wisconsin.

I love Walker's quote, "Well it looks like it is going to a recount not unless some
ballots are found out of the blue." rough quote .... what an idiot.

11. Hell, Wall Street John Kasich just gave Diebold $54 million in taxpayer $$$
to "stay" in Ohio ... (in the 2010 election cycle, allegedly "independent" contributors fielded a commercial saying that "Strickland couldn't keep NCR in Ohio" - despite the fact that NCR gave plenty of $$$ to Republicans ...)

6. Walker has it backwards.
The initial results in Minnesota showed Coleman ahead by a small margin, and he declared victory. As the recount went on, and the count seesawed back and forth the Republicans began screeching about magical voter/election/fraud. No evidence of any such thing was ever found although the GOP diehards to this day have a list of made-up "discrepancies" that they like to claim "proves" fraud. Of course, the courts, the election judges, and even Coleman's own lawyers say that there was no fraud, and no evidence of fraud.

I'm glad to see that most on DU are willing to wait for real, documented evidence before they start claiming fraud. Unlike the GOP.

7. DIS-PLACE-MENT
He's accusing the "big-bad-unions" of doing what the Republicans are ACTUALLY DOING!

I see this as political inoculation against what he's really doing...

9. No, Scott.....
....but certainly you wouldn't mind if we pulled a "Bush" by throwing away some of those questionable votes in Waukesha, would you? The same way your hacks did in Florida's Miami-Dade and Broward Counties a few years ago?
