60 day jail sentence for Youtube video

This guy made a video of himself singing a dirty song to school kids. At least, that's what it looked like. He actually sang a clean song to them, then edited the video to make it look like the kids heard dirty lyrics. Judge says it's child pornography, and sentenced him to jail, probation, and community service.

6. If you're going to use some kids' images in an explicit song like this...
you really need to get their parents' permission. Or make sure the kids are blurred, so they aren't identifiable.
Some of the parents were pissed off, so I think the judge probably didn't have much of a choice.
