With his Budget Deal and yesterday's speech Obama has cleft the GOP in two
He has done something thought impossible.

The monolithic GOP splintered today.
Their lockstep has come undone.
Fighting has broken out amongst their ranks.
Divided they fall.
If you thought you saw Boehner cry before, just wait until this has played out to its eventual conclusion. His farewell speech will be a blubbering good time.

and Obama did more.
He reenergized his base and reiterated his big picture goals for the Country's future.

All in a week's work.

2. Never underestimate the enemy.
Remember we thought they were beaten for good in 2008.

So while they are down, now's a good time to rub their noses in it. Lets introduce a bill negating the tax cuts. Do it now while the pukes are still reeling.

9. that's right. The core dynamic that has promoted the rise of
corporations over the public hasn't changed a bit. No election reform. No lobbying reform...no change in media ownership....no change in low, low gop tactics re smearing, lying and deceipt...polarization still as great as before (wonder group it will be in 2012 that gets scapegoated?)....90% of talk radio still conservative....Fox still out there....middle class still losing ground politically and economically.

That's right...trillions of dollars are on the line and those in line to get it aren't giving up.

10. spend a little time on conservative talk radio or fox and see
if they are unified or not. They are making stuff up out of whole cloth to generate confusion and outrage. They'll reel this back in quickly and get back to the regular business of hating everyone soon.
