Sarah Palin’s Tea Party Thugs Bully Two Women at WI Protest

"...Right in front of me was a large (tall and wide), over retirement age, man. I said “Excuse me, may we please get through?” He looked me up and down, then at my sign. He said “No” and turned away. I repeated my question and he told me to go around him. I told him I was trying to be polite and not rude. He then turned to face me. He told me he was not going to let me out. There was no way I could safely “push” my way through (I’m 5’8” and smaller built). I was feeling VERY threatened by this point so I got my cell phone out and did the only sane thing possible. I called 911."

I know the woman who wrote this. She's been driving two hours each way to come to Madison to be part of the protests. She has been standing up for our First Amendment rights in the Capitol. And she has to dial 911 in order to try to get extricated from a teabagger crowd?

Those mean teabag people are not welcome in my city. :(

Come to think of it, I don't want them anywhere in my state!

1. They are thugs. Politically AND literally.

2. They represent the very antithesis of 'civilization'.
These are borderline animals with no sense of civility. Any such sense just melts in the face of their fear, anger, and insecurity.

4. did they actually put their boot on their throat,
grinning at the camera in pride and full knowledge of the picture they were painting or are they still a little behind Paul's people?

5. Ewwwwww,
I really hate to think about that again. :( No, they didn't go that far.

Does it count that Brietbart told us all to go to hell?

7. that's what I wish I had done
to the man who plowed into me on the sidewalk. It was after the rallies, and I was walking with some friends, on the right-hand third of the sidewalk. A guy, maybe 60 years old, was walking toward us, and I stopped to move over behind my friends. Despite the fact that there was PLENTY of room, the guy just slammed into me, without even slowing down. He didn't apologize, he just kept on walking. I was so wiped out from being out in the cold, battling with my sign and being jostled around by teabaggers for the entire afternoon, I was just stunned and didn't even react. We all were just standing there, asking, "did that really just happen?" Once I was home, nursing my aching back, I really wished I had gone after the s.o.b.

I suppose it made him feel like a real man to hurt a woman who has never so much as said a word to him, and who was carrying a sign with a bible verse written on it.
