The man has been bankrupted... TWICE!!

Yes Donald Trump who claims he wants to run this country like he does his business HAS FILED FOR BANKRUPCY TWICE.

OOPS... Upon further investigation.. IT'S 3 TIMES. The last time in 2009!

5. There are plenty of reasons
not to want Trump as our president. Having gone bankrupt is not one of them.

He can't even run his own life, how is he going to run the country?

running the country like he does his business. So I'd say yeah this is pretty important.

23. Going bankrupt should not be a dis-qualifier for the presidency,,
But going bankrupt 3 times and still bragging about what a great businessman you are, is.

6. I think it was Candy Crowley who brought up the bankruptcy issue and he
denied it by saying he never declared personal bankruptcy. Yup, he's a douche-nozzle.

14. Sometimes filing bankruptcy
has nothing to do with financial insolvency. Sometimes it is nothing more than a legal strategy designed to quantify claims and put a time limit for making those claims on potential creditors.

Example? A well to do individual starts a business. He signs a personal guarantee and uses his personal wealth to insure the obligations of the business. The business operates successfuly for a number of years without those personal guarantees being revoked. Although the business is solvent and generating a profit it ceases to do business. Perhaps the owner retires. In any event, those personal guarantees remain in effect. The potential liability they present cannot be measured until claims are presented and the statute of limitations to present such claims may run many years into the future. The individual who issued those personal guarantees can file bankruptcy and list them as a liability. Because the business is no longer operating no new claims can be expected to arise and anyone who wishes to present a claim may do so in bankruptcy court. Anyone who doesn't is prohibited from presenting future claims. It may be necessary for this individual to do this in order to obtain credit or start another business endeavor.

Did Trump Unwittingly Rent Land to Gaddafi?
Bedford, N.Y., Officials Confirm Libyan Dictator Has Pitched Tent in Ritzy Suburb

Donald Trump may have inadvertently rented property in a ritzy New York suburb to loathed Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, who has spent weeks trying to find a place to pitch his trademark tent while in town for the United Nations General Assembly meeting.

ABC News/Getty Images
Donald Trump says he rented property in Bedford, N.Y. to "Middle East partners who may or may not have a relationship with Mr. Gaddafi."Doors all over the metropolitan area have been slammed in the face of the Libyan dictator, but Trump says he rented part of a large property he owns in Westchester County to a group of Middle Easterners who may be associated with Gaddafi.

"We have business partners and associates all over the world. The property was leased on a short-term basis to Middle Eastern partners who may or may not have a relationship to Mr. Gaddafi. We are looking into the matter now," Trump Organization spokeswoman Rhonna Graff said in a statement.

An ABC News helicopter filmed a large tent on the 113-acre Seven Springs estate, replete with rugs and patterned wall hangings. The Trump Organization owns the property, which straddles the adjacent towns of Bedford, New Castle and North Castle, and which is slated to be subdivided into multimillion-dollar homes.

He is their NEW GOD! They will bow down to him, sing his praises and throw tea leaves at his anointed feet. He will beat the demon in the white house, and bring about salvation forever, and ev.....

Well, maybe not.

I am sure the Democrats will find the right "rug" to pull out from under him. (or over him as the case may be..)

The women who have? Well, that sez a lot @ them!

IIRC, his personal wealth was never in any real jeopardy in the bankruptcies - I think they were business bankruptcies. Stiff the people & companies he owed money to after siphoning off his goodies. Rinse & repeat.
