Sarah Palin actually has a LOT of political experience -- a dozen years in office. And during all of that time, she has consistently abused her power, feathered her own nest, lied, flirted with a radical secessionist group, and used government to reward her friends and punish her enemies.

One thing she is NOT is a regular Joe (or Jane) Sixpack. Palin majored in Broadcast Journalism, worked in TV, and was trained by Newt Gingrich's GOPAC political action committee over a decade ago, which is why she's so good at political debates, delivering speeches and not answering questions.

you say at the beginning that there were "lot of wild or unproven rumors thrown around about Palin when she was first announced, notably that baby Trig was actually her daughter's (clearly not true)" then go on to talk about what a big liar, phony and crook she is. I've never seen anything to prove that the rumors about Trig are "clearly not true". In fact there are a lot of anomalies with that pregnancy and delivery, none of which have ever been explained or even acknowledged by her and there is still a lot of doubt about who the child's mother really is.

Other than that and if you had left out the (clearly not true) bit, its a very good read.

I'm sorry you are having a bad day, but you should really choose your battles more wisely, for instance, make sure first and foremost that they involve you, the only reason you are involved here, is because you created it. If Butch had a problem with me, he would have said so and if I offended him in any way, I would have apologized. The only one who took offense to anything, was you. I don't think your a bad person, you're just not having a good day, we all have those days. I have no ill will toward you, I have great empathy for those who are suffering in the moment. What is really alarming to me is the way she was able to dupe the good citizens of Alaska into giving her an 85% approval rating at one time. She was so clever at controlling the message that we had no idea until the Republican Convention that she was such a b****.

I blame Wasilla for turning her loose on the world. People out there knew what she was all about but they were either complicit or too afraid to say anything.
