9. That was my first reaction as well.
More than likely they couldn't tell you which state was the 50th state to enter the USA.

4. Right-Wing Hypocrisy
For a party that's desperately trying to distance themselves from Archie Bunker racists, I believe this whole Birther thing is the worst thing they could do in regards to Racial Sensitivity. They're probably still pissed over prayer in schools... which I have reason to believe never happened, at least not for the past 80 years.

5. insane
If democrats understood anything about politics they would repeat this over and over and over. This poll means that 78% of WV republicans are not living in the real world.

8. Here's another depressing tidbit...
Libya is definitely proving to be a political loser for Obama which is interesting because only a little more than half of Americans, 58%, can actually correctly identify that it's in northern Africa. 27% think that it's in the Middle East, 4% think it's in South Asia, 2% think it's in South America, and 9% don't offer an opinion.

13. If I'm reading those tea leaves correctly, Trump will be leading in the WV GOP primary poll tomorrow
How fitting.

Oh, West Virginia, I still remember how bad the Dem Primary in '08 was regarding race.

Just sad.

15. Majority rural populace+Struggling schools+A population receptive....
to easily manipulation by the media caused this scenario. To be fair, here are some real numbskulls here, but there are just as many very smart, yet horribly and willingly ignorant people.

I actually live in one of the five counties in WV that Pres. Obama carried and is a union stronghold to boot.

But y'all continue with your hatin'.
