38. Back in the day, it was easy to get someone else to take the SATs for you.

When I was young (and I'm younger than Cheney's Fluffer), our ID for SATs was a driver's license, which was a piece of paper, not a laminated card with a photo. Poor students were sometimes known to pay better students to take the SATs in their name.

JMO, but I've always thought that Bush had to have hired someone to get him respectable scores.
