According to the monthly report issued by Conflict Monitoring Centre in Islamabad, US drone attacks have killed 89 people inside Pakistan in 12 drone attacks during the month of March. Ninety people were injured in these attacks.

More than half of those killed and 80 out of 90 injured were civilians.


No drone attack was reported since the killing of 45 civilian on March 17 when the US missile hit a peace Jirga in Datta Khel area of North Waziristan.

Ten out of twelve attacks targeted North Waziristan while South Waziristan witnessed two drone attacks during the month.

3. Drones are Obama's weapon of choice. He is only increasing and
expanding their use. They should stop now, but won't.

to increase the hatred against the US which in turn is seized upon to justify the use of yet more drones, it is a self defeating cycle that IMO will not end well for anyone

4. This will come back to haunt us. This is a bad policy and a cowardly tactic.
If your nation killed my family with a drone attack I would spend the rest of my life plotting revenge.

6. Those cowardly weapons should be banned.
I think one day they will be. I wonder who manufactures them? Considering how incredibly controversial they are around the world now, it is incredible that the US Government would just ignore the calls for them to put out of commission. There must be a lot of money invested in them. Just like the Naked Scanners. This Government no longer listens to the people at all! They just do whatever they want for profit and tune out all voices no matter how legitimate they are.
