They all had a parent not born in America.

As for what's different, gosh I have no idea! I can't imagine why this is suddenly an issue for Obama but not for anyone else.

Yep, none of those other presidents were hounded ad nauseum about where they were born or if they were even qualified to be president because of their births or parent's birthplace. Then again none of them had a parent(s) born in Africa except Obama. I guess if your parents were born in Europe or Canada then that's acceptable.

I had to look up Washington, figuring he might have had as well, but no... Both English parents were born in Virginia.

Think about it.

I mean James Buchanan never married and never had children - so who has proof he was indeed a male. Perhaps it was some Manchurian conspiracy decades early that a girl born in Pennsylvania would be raised as a boy and one day elected as President of the United States to help divide the country even further and lead it into a Civil War.

I could be the Orly Taitz of James Buchanan. (or is that Jamie Buchanan?)

Jefferson got the ball rolling with his stirring words.

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of cowbell."

Hoover even went so far as to "promise a cowbell in every pot" but his words rung hollow, far exceeding his actions.
